ABOUT THE CREATORS OF
THE AMAZING CARNIVAL BARKER

The works of painter and collage artist Jonathan Talbot have been exhibited at The National Academy and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, have represented the U.S. overseas in exhibitions sponsored by the State Department and the Smithsonian Institution, and are included in museum collections in the U.S. and Europe. Jonathan was awarded the Medici Medal for Career Achievement at the Florence Biennial in 2001. For additional information see Jonathan's website, Talbot1.com, or Wikipedia's article about Jonathan Talbot.

For 35 years, Signe Wilkinson's political cartoons at the Philadelphia Daily News and later the Philadelphia Inquirer targeted malpracticing politicians and championed women and children's rights, education, racial equity, privacy, free speech and the joys of gardening. She didn't turn down the Pulitzer Prize, two RFK awards and four Overseas Press Club Thomas Nast Awards. While called many things by critics, she most cherishes being named "Pennsylvania State Vegetable Substitute" by an admiring state politician. For additional information see Signe's website, Signe-Wilkinson.com, or Wikipedia's article about Signe Wilkinson.
